Woke up to 3 - 5 inches of snow today so I cranked up the heat, put on my bikini and made a summer salad with citrus and seafood. Take that! Now, it's your turn...Ingredients
- 3 fillets of white firm-fleshed fish, completely deboned
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 limes
- 1 lemon
- 3 tsp of orange juice
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 2 cups of finely chopped green cabbage
- 2 tbsp Hot Chili Oil (found in the Asian food section of the grocery store)
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper
- dash of sugar
- Tortillas or tortilla chips
