I decided to try my hand at making fish tacos the other night and I have to admit, I did awesome.
They came out so delish, I will def. make them again!

First, I added a bit of cumin to a pot of black beans.

Then I pan seared two tuna steaks.

Diced it up...it practically fell apart, it was so easy.

Finished product: I added sour cream, salsa and lettuce. No cheese. It was a winner in my book!
